o All projects start with assessment interviews. Confidentiality is an essential part of each project from beginning to end.
The interviews allow Dr. Angelo to listen deeply to each interviewee’s lived experience of their work and to learn what is important to them.
o All interviewees receive feedback about the interview themes and recommendations. Their input is factored in to the development of the change plan which will be developed with the project sponsor and lead.

The interventions will be tailored to the particular client organization and the people who work there.

Coaching / Advising leaders, and key individuals involved in this project.
Conducting working sessions with small groups in which participants learn and begin practicing essential human-side skills.
These can include:
Cultivating change hardiness.
Communicating constructively and productively.
Practicing inquiry. Understanding your own and other people’s frame of reference. Active listening. Handling times when you are triggered. Using oneself as instrument. Learning one’s own cultural biases and those of the groups in which one has been acculturated. Developing deepening understanding of how other people wish to be treated.
Negotiating solutions. Documenting agreements and following up.
Inquiring into another person’s lived experience. Meeting them within their frame of reference.
Doing an alignment check with the organization’s mission, values, code of conduct, strategy, your professional standards and job , and your own actions. Refreshing alignment where needed.
Developing shared organizational/departmental norms of how members will show up for one another and what others can expect from them.
